About Christian Novicki
One of the first 40 employees at Ashby (joined March \'22), and our first true IC hire for Strategic Customer Success. I\'ve had the privilege to work in the talent tech space since 2020, helping teams at Indeed, Beamery, and now Ashby grow and deliver compelling, meaningful solutions to their customers. Right now my main focus is on helping Ashby scale from mid-market into the enterprise segment, serving customers with employee bases of Hiring becomes more complex and requires more sophisticated solutions as you grow, and earning the trust of your organization (especially finance, HR, and leadership teams) is a major priority. Some of my personal passions and expertise lies in teaching + coaching across data analytics (upleveling ICs with data), deeply understanding unique hiring challenges specific to your vertical or industry, and how to leverage your data for the purpose of storytelling + pitching solutions.
