I am impassioned by Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and influence this discussion and action from the platform of Women\'s Energy Network as well as Women\'s Forum for the Economy and Society. I also serve on my firm\'s DEI council, to influence the agenda top down in a structured and responsible fashion.
