Immediate pay - When an associate is terminated, a final paycheck/direct deposit must be provided in accordance with the state law in which the associate resides/works.Determination is based upon if the termination was Voluntary or Involuntary and what state they are located in.MSRRA - This is the process to ensure that all associates who have elected Military Spouse exempt from their state tax provide the required documentation.This report is worked on every day of the week.Retro cases- This is the process to remove a retroactive pay calculation from an upcoming on-cycle payment and pull it onto an off-cycle check for an earlier payment.AWS- This is the process to adjust alternative work schedule hours not programmed in Kronos by adjusting both REG and OVT hours on the current cycle.Term with no show - The purpose of this process is to ensure that associates HPY/VPY are paid who are termed for the reason Failure to Return From Leave or due to being a no-show for 3 pay periods.Zero net / w4 - This is the process to ensure that all Associates that have a Zero Net check is due to valid and accurate deductions and not due to selection or incorrect withholdings.Transfers - Report identifies employees that have transferred from a CA, CO, MO and NE location to another state. This report is used to identify employees that may need to be paid out vacation carried over from the previous year. CA, CO, MO and NE are the only states that are allowed vacation carryover. Policy allows an employee transferring from these locations to a non-CA, CO, MO and NE location to be paid out the hours they carried over from the previous year at fiscal year end.Hours correction - This is the process to ensure that hours corrections that were made after payroll close are included on the on-cycle check. EOD - This is the process to ensure that all Terminated Associates in non-Immediate Pay states are paid their accrued and unused vacation and holiday balances in a timely manner.
