I manage the Global Suppliers for our product lines- I manage a $70 million dollar Global spending budget- I have repeatedly exceeded our Global productivity goals and internal Bowling Charts by an average of 10% annually- I team up with Marketing, R&D, Design/Engineering Departments, and Quality Control organization to develop new products from concept to Launch- I am responsible for all Strategic Sourcing, Rapid Negotiations, VAVE, and NPD projects Globally to realize major cost savings- I manage contracts and all schedule agreements for Global projects- I lead and direct cross-functional team activities for all Global supply chain projects- I make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of Global Operations- I lead negotiations for supply agreements that are in line with Pentair business strategies with considerations toward quality, timeliness, pricing, terms, tooling costs, and service to ensure leanest total cost of ownership (TCO)- I manage the Global supplier base to insure product quality- I manage the Global supplier chain with minimal inventory without any disruptions to our product line operation- I drive and manage the team integration process for our Pentair new company acquisitions for all Supply Chain activities.
