ABOUT NOUR JAFAR
Nour Jafar is a practicing architect, academic, city planner, and preservationist. As a scholarship fellow from Kuwait University, she is currently pursuing a PhD in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design.Nour holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kuwait University, a Master of City Planning, specialising in Housing, Community and Economic Development and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation specialising in Architectural Conservation from the University of Pennsylvania. She has also taught courses at Kuwait University relating to urban design, theory and philosophy of architecture, and has been invited to several architectural reviews at Kuwait University as a visiting juror and guest lecturer.
