My name is Noura Ata and I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Marketing but my majors don\'t define what I want to do with my life—they are merely a tool that I\'m leveraging as I work towards my dream career which I\'ve learned isn\'t limited to one industry or field.I love to look at a situation and think of new ways to solve problems, and I\'ve spent much of my time at UC developing the skills needed to leverage across my career. I\'m passionate about creating a better future, and I believe that the best way to do this is by empowering others to seek out innovative solutions. I\'m driven by finding creative solutions that can be used in a variety of settings, and my goal is to help others achieve their goals.As a friend, I have been someone people can turn to for advice; as the leader of a consulting organization, I\'ve been able to help serve minority-owned small businesses—every task no matter how small or large contributes to a bigger picture bringing fulfillment to myself and others. I want to help businesses develop strategies that will help them reach their goals. This means I need a solid understanding of the business world and what it takes to succeed in it.
