Nour Negley is CenCore International’s Chief Revenue Officer. Nour is an accomplished national security and international affairs professional with extensive experience advancing U.S. and partner-nation security objectives worldwide. At the Department of Homeland Security\'s Office of International Affairs, she led high-stakes engagements with senior foreign officials on counterterrorism, cyber, infrastructure resilience, and strategic security partnerships across the Middle East.She also served at the National Defense University’s Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies, managing defense diplomacy programs and strategic dialogues with senior military and government leaders. Earlier, in Jordan, she led large-scale humanitarian and stabilization operations during the Syrian Civil War, launching and managing one of the region’s largest emergency response portfolios and later driving business development for USAID’s top implementing partners. Nour was a National Security Education Program (NSEP) Scholar at Georgetown University and has a Master’s in Homeland Security from Penn State. A native Arabic speaker, she brings deep cultural fluency, field-tested experience, and a proven ability to bridge diplomacy, development, and defense in advancing global security and strategic partnerships.
