Provide comprehensive legal support across the group’s portfolio of companies, including energy, retail, and technology sectors.• Manage end-to-end litigation processes, from pre-action through to court representation.• Draft and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, GDPR policies, and commercialagreements.• Ensure compliance with key consumer legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer ContractsRegulations 2013.• Conduct complex and laborious investigations into customer disputes, contractual issues, and regulatory compliance.• Handle sensitive and confidential matters, including high-level and time-sensitive internal disputes, customercomplaints and data protection concerns to protect business interests and brand integrity.• Deliver strategic legal advice to senior management, collaborating across departments to mitigate risk and supportbusiness growth.• Work independently and proactively, within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment, overseeing all legal operations for the group.
