Delivered as project lead, the Centralized Network System setup which included configuring the Management switches, Routers, console servers, VMware Esxi Hosts, VM shells, Netapp, NAS, Radius/LDAP. OA, ILO, Load balancers, Fortinet Firewall, Netback servers for all new deployments across Middle East Africa, South America and Europe.• Responsible for configuring and maintaining alarms with the application servers for abnormalities monitored by NMS (EM7- zabbix).• Maintaining changes and upgrades to the centralized devices management /provisioning system including profile and package creation.• Troubleshooting of commissioning/deployment issues at the centralized management system level.• Responsible as a controller for all centralized change management done by the team including ticket management, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination across the team.• Level 3 support with 24/7 on-call rotations with clients and generating monthly network health reports.
