Technical and Data Quality Management - Manage and optimize data through the PIM (Akeneo) and ERP (Sage X3)- Verify and organize collected data to ensure its quality and relevance- Maintain data quality by ensuring it is reliable, consistent, and compliant with established standards- Ensure data governance by adhering to defined processes for information management- Secure the database and implement measures to protect sensitive information- Oversee the integration of new data sources while adhering to specified requirements and constraints- Propose initiatives for automating catalog and data management processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems. Leadership and Coordination - Draft specifications that encompass all requirements for data collection and usage (PIM, ETIM, FABDIS, etc.)- Collect, structure, and effectively communicate data to internal teams and external partners- Train teams and collaborators on data management processes to ensure optimal and consistent use- Collaborate closely with various internal contributors (product managers, purchasing, sales, etc.) and external partners (suppliers, service providers, clients)- Ensure that all stakeholders understand and follow data management processes to maintain unified data- Work closely with the marketing team, particularly creative teams, to produce catalogs and other communication materials.
