Coordinate and facilitate Pre-Study Visits (PSV) and Site Initiation Visits (SIV), ensuring monitoring readiness, protocol compliance, and staff preparedness. Maintain and monitor the Delegation of Authority (DOA) log, ensuring accurate task assignment, staff qualifications, and training compliance. Coordinate and manage urologic oncology clinical trials, monitoring subject enrollment, study conduct, and protocol adherence across device and investigational drug studies. Develop and maintain study-specific source documents, supporting real-time data monitoring, accuracy, and audit readiness. Serve as a liaison between investigators, sponsors, and CRAs, supporting monitoring visits, resolving findings, and tracking action items to closure. Liaise and communicate with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) to submit, track, and maintain regulatory approvals, amendments, continuing reviews, and safety reports. Monitor IRB submissions and regulatory documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and study-specific requirements. Support regulatory documentation and monitor essential documents within ISF/TMF to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and FDA requirements. Assist with and prepare for routine monitoring visits, audits, and inspections by proactively identifying and addressing potential compliance gaps.
