ABOUT BRYAN NORTON
I serve as an Associate Attorney with Borton-Lakey Law & Policy. I handle issues involving municipal law, business law, estate planning, family law, real estate law, homeowner\'s association law, short-term rental law, employment law, and UAV (drone) law. Our firm serves as the contract City Attorney for the cities of Nampa, Eagle, and Notus. I\'ve been a regular guest lecturer at the University of Idaho College of Law and Idaho State University, and teach nationally on unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) regulations. Previously, I was a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Boise advising the command staff and officers of the Boise Police Department, a lobbyist for the Idaho Governor\'s Office of Drug Policy on legislative policy issues, was a legal extern for the Office of Idaho Governor C.L.\"Butch\" Otter, and a judicial extern for Idaho\'s Fourth Judicial District Court. Prior to law school, I served as a Police Sergeant, SWAT team leader, Army Special Operations soldier in the 75th Ranger Regiment, and worked on classified intelligence programs for the U.S. Government. I’m an avid woodworker, and a huge fan of the TV show The Office.
