ABOUT THOMAS NORTEY

I am a vastly experienced Account Services Associate Specialist with a proven track record supporting day to day operations and business change initiatives and ensuring compliance. I have a collaborative approach to challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams including project managers and stakeholders; communicating and liaising effectively to achieve success. I have a proven ability to support the delivery of complex and challenging multi-dimensional change programmes, encompassing people, processes, technical solutions, and frameworks. My ability allows me to bridge the gap between business and technology, explaining technical constraints and possibilities, to all parties such as external service providers. I have valuable experience in coaching and mentoring teams, and as such, I am confident in my interpersonal skills and emphasise the importance of teamwork. It is really important to me that I enjoy my work and can see the positive difference I make. I have a flexible approach and a proven ability to learn and adapt to new challenges quickly. I consider a real strength to be assessing existing processes and making changes to improve efficiency. Although I am very much a team player, I am also an independent thinker, my personal maxim is to strive for excellence and I strongly believe in leading by example.
