   Served as the lead UX researcher (9-month contract) for the eCommerce Order and Fulfillment teams at AHOLD Delhaize USA, the parent company of major omnichannel grocery brands including Stop and Shop, Giant Foods, and Food Lion. Conducted usability studies on checkout and payment systems, including planning, recruitment, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Designed diary studies focused on enhancing customer communication during the order and delivery process. Created an interactive service map template (in Figma) to improve communication of research findings to stakeholders, which the team has since adopted.
