Upon retirement, at the request of YMCA of the USA, created and developed the Interim CEO Project engaging selected recently retired CEOs to serve as iCEO\'s for local YMCAs in transition. Upon request 2013 by leadership in Jerusalem, co-founded Friends of Jerusalem International YMCA (FJIY) to develop support for JIY in Jerusalem. Since inception, FJIY has distributed more than $5M to JIY. Elected Chair, World Fellowship of YMCA Retirees, for four-year term: 20••••18.
