As a senior leader and two-time founder, I operate at the intersection of data, product, innovation, and business strategy to answer one core question:\"What is now solvable?\"My focus on this question comes from a core belief: the landscape of possibility is constantly changing. I lead the corporate-wide strategy for these functions, building our innovation and data research capabilities. My work involves not just setting a vision, but delivering concrete results- Spearheading the organization\'s data strategy and data monetization plan- Successfully launching a LLM based production AI Advisor and developing a portfolio of high-value machine learning prototypes- Championing a culture of open innovation through an organization-wide idea management system, a data hackathon with our 24 college partners, and hands-on design thinking workshops.My leadership style—a blend of futurist, corporate innovator, and people coach—is grounded in my experience leading two tech companies from idea to successful exit. I thrive on activating people and building stakeholder networks to create net new value.
