   As a pure-play contract logistics provider, and a Site Manager for the NOVA Spoke Distribution Center in Manassas VA, I Oversee the daily operational activities, which includes leading a team of 10 Salary Leaders & 75 hourlies, ensure the efficiency of 20+ MHE, ensure compliance with contract metrics & KPI\'s, to developing/managing a P&L within GXO’s Technology Division, on the Pandora (Google) Account.Recent project included merging a 33K and 77k sq. Ft. warehouse, into the 121K Manassas site, including overseeing a ground-up buildout, systems merge, sweeping aged materials out, & expired batteries to recyclers, as well as managing the LTL moves of material (appox. 55 trailers) into new facility. Trained new team on processes and SWI\'s to company sttandards.
