   Consults and guides HR Leaders, HR Consulting Partners, and Senior HR Business Partners on the application of Wells Fargo\'s displacement and selection program, policies and procedures, and statutory requirements. Reviews and approves business cases for both reorganizations and displacements (reduction in force) for all enterprise businesses. Key areas of focus: • Strategic Consulting - Provides strategic consulting and support on organizational changes and human capital planning related to reorganizations and displacements. • Judgement & Analysis – Exercising judgement and providing analysis involving complex and diverse reorganizations with and without displacement activity grounded in in-depth review of company policy and procedures, employment law and regulatory requirements and other intangible variance factors. • Risk Management – Identifies and addresses potential areas of risks, escalating appropriately and as needed. • Employee Relations Management – Partners with Human Resources, senior management, legal counsel, and other corporate resources as appropriate on sensitive employee relations issues. • Policy Review & Management – Identification and analysis of displacement policy and process related issues as well as opportunities for improvement.
