In this role, I:Act as project manager for new and updated technology implementations across the organization.Strategize technical solutions to meet user needs as a liaison between the business community and the information technology (IT) organization.Analyze business unit(s) operations and user requirements, procedures, system capabilities, and issues to determine opportunities for automation. Facilitate team evaluations of systems (e.g. enterprise) to ensure business requirements are standardized.Mentor and support employees during the problem management process to evaluate and resolve reported defects and problems, as well as recommend improvements.Collaborate with other IT teams to provide excellent customer service to all business units.Communicate with external vendors to support the implementation, development, and delivery of enterprise projects.Coordinate with project teams to ensure workflow efficiency for system development, specification, requirements, and implementation.Partner in business process redesigns and documentation; document and validate software and business requirements; review computer system capabilities and workflow; and improve on work processes by applying standardized methodologies.
