All engineering changes and requests for variance processing fell under the umbrella of the ALRE Change Manager. This position reported to the Program Office but served as the bridge between the program office and engineering. Provided estimates of engineering change work for future production contracts. Led effort to burn down change across development projects and concurrent production contracts.
