Led a team of junior engineers and interns to build the division’s first Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Parts Library. Developed and presented engineering changes and variances to address failures during test, production deviations, and obsolescence resolution/vetting. As a Systems Engineer, edited and released requirements in Component Performance and Software Requirements Specifications.• Engineering Manager: Managed group of change engineers, processing change paper and providing technical reviews and recommendations across multiple production contracts. All engineering changes and requests for variance processing fell under the umbrella of the ALRE Change Manager. This position reported to the Program Office but served as the bridge between the program office and engineering. Provided estimates of engineering change work for future production contracts. Led effort to burn down change across development projects and concurrent production contracts.
