As the co-founder and Chief Executive officer of New Edge Associates, a talent acquisition firm, I leverage my 25 years of experience in the finance and banking industries to provide strategic guidance and financial oversight for our growing business. I am passionate about finding and developing talent, and I have successfully led multiple projects to attract, retain, and empower our clients and candidates.I have a strong background in marketing analytics, which enables me to measure and optimize the performance and impact of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. I also have excellent project management skills, which allow me to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I am currently pursuing a certificate in growth marketing from Miami Dade College. My goal is to help New Edge Associates become a leader in the talent acquisition industry, and to create value and opportunities for our stakeholders.
