Masonry Frame Systems were founded in 2004 as a specialist Masonry Frame contractor to offer a fast, efficient, cost effective masonry alternative to timber frame and traditional construction. Using their Construction Management experience MFS were instrumental in the development of the H+H Celcon Ra House system and quickly established themselves as arguably the leading Thin Joint block work practitioners in the UK.With the onset of CfSH; MFS utilised their experience and expertise to Value Engineer cost effective solutions to meet the demands of today’s housing needs and with the completion of Oyster Reach proclaim that thin joint masonry systems are the systems of choice to satisfy a ‘fabric first’ approach and to meet Passivhaus standards.Latterly MFS have been working closely with Xella GmbH to introduce the Silka Element system more appropriate for ‘medium to high’ rise flats, apartments, student accommodation, care homes, Assisted living, retirement homes and the like.
