I am a results-driven Finance Manager with expertise in grant finance, hospital operations, and donor relations. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional skills in budgeting, financial compliance, fund management, and financial analysis. I have a proven track record of leading budget development processes, ensuring compliance with donor regulations, and monitoring grant management and compliance systems.I have experience in establishing and maintaining project financial tracking tools and preparing accurate internal and external financial reports. I am known for my motivational and influential leadership style and for collaborating with team members to realize project objectives and goals.In addition, I have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with clarity and diplomacy to individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise.
