About Norman Bishop

Norman has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, transformation, strategy and capital allocation, principal investment, mergers & acquisitions, and public and private debt and equity transactions in the defense technology and intelligent transportation markets. He was a key leader on ~$4.0 billion of exits, deployed ~$1billion in capital, built two business units through programmatic mergers and acquisitions and has advised on and closed over 100 transactions in his career. Norman is currently Chief Financial Officer at J&J Worldwide Services, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. At Cubic Corporation, Norman was a divisional CFO, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Board Member in Cubic\'s venture investment portfolio. He led Cubic\'s capital allocation and portfolio review process and numerous transformation initiatives across the company.Prior to Cubic, Norman was a Senior Vice President at a leading investment bank focused on defense technology transactions and an Associate at Mitchell Madison Group, a leading strategy consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and Master’s Degree from Harvard University.
