   Contributed to the design and coining of ‘Open Contracting’ (OC) as part of the global development agenda, leading to the incubation of the Open Contracting Partnership-Design and coordinate open contracting activities and country engagements on governance related issues in WB operations-Provide technical assistance to Government clients from around the world, primarily in LAC and African Regions, on the adoption and implementation of open contracting practices, including the Open Contracting Data Standard-Support multi-stakeholder engagements and network building and capacity building of in-country actors (government, parliamentarians, civil society, media and private sector) to advance the implementation of open contracting at the country and global level-Advisory support on knowledge, learning, partnerships and outreach to the Global Engagement Lead of the Energy & Extractives Global Practice-Lead design and coordination of the Extractive Industries (EI) Collective Initiative in partnership with UNDP -Lead knowledge and learning agendas for the Open Contracting at the Governance Global Practice and Global Engagements at the Energy and Extractives Global Practice- Design, implement and facilitate comprehensive knowledge management and learning strategies and activities, including online competitions and innovative approaches-Design, facilitate and oversee logistics and execution of regional and global meetings, workshops & high-level conferences; Lead Expert on Communities of Practice -Manage GOXI- the largest Community of Practice on Governance of Extractive Industries of over 4,500 practitioners-Lead the process for upgrading the GOXI platform, including management of vendors and consultants- Provide expert advice to World Bank Community Managers participating as key speaker and providing strategic thinking on CoPs including the pilot test of the CoP Maturity and Needs Assessment Framework that was applied to all WB CoPs;
