Lead the operationalization and management of the strategic vision for the Network Services department which includes Network Capacity/Compliance, Sort, Internal Distributions, and External Distributions. Assist with operationalizing strategic initiatives to maximize the synergies among program areas, including implementing new pilot projects to enhance and expand our programming. Currently, CTFB serves approximately people weekly across 21 counties through CTFB programs and partner agencies.Assist with the oversight and expansion of the 240-partner agency network, and distribution programs in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives, meeting budget and timeline parameters.
