   I am an enthusiastic dedicated professional with fresh ideas and innovation who embraces new technology. I work closely with students in the classroom, as well as a clinical setting to insure a positive experience and successful completion of the program. I handle the admitting and advising of respiratory program students; and in addition tutor students to help them achieve their academic potential. I supervise faculty and support staff. I create outreach programs, health fairs, career expos, marketing, and other activities to aid in generating support and interest for the program and the college. •Architected the respiratory therapy program from start to present by crafting a program to meet accreditation and designing it to be self-sustaining. •Obtain clinical affiliation agreements and maintain relations with clinical sites.•Address and apply any warranted changes to the curriculum or the accreditation process, hire employees, oversee major capital expenditures for equipment, and order supplies.•Manage grants for the respiratory program; and understand how to work under budget constraints with grant funding. •Accountable for providing appropriate instructional curriculum and experiences to meet the objectives of the program. •Serve as the advisory committee chair for the respiratory therapy program; and work with other divisions and organizations to promote programs for the college.
