Norm has extensive experience working with public companies, overseeing SEC reviews, initial public offerings (IPO), and secondary offerings. Norm enjoys mentoring professionals entering the field of public accounting. He serves as BPM’s campus recruiter for San Jose State University (SJSU). Norm serves as an Engagement Quality Reviewer for BPM. During Norm’s tenure as Senior Partner at Deloitte, he was one of four leaders in the Bay Area High Tech practice group.
