I\'m a Recruiter who kicked off her career in 2009 in Peru. Presently, I hold the role of Senior Recruitment Specialist at Brunel. Over the past decade, I\'ve had the privilege of partnering with exceptional companies, engaging in diverse functions such as high-volume recruitment, technical recruitment, corporate recruitment, and Executive Searches. I\'ve had the pleasure of serving esteemed clients in both Peru and Canada. My current clients are in the Mining, Oil and Gas, Renewable and Non for Profit Sector. But I would like to share a little bit more about myself, 2020 marked a turning point for me, I realized I have so much more to learn and accept about myself, during my first years in Canada I have changed a lot of my personality and hide certain things that make me \"fit\", I removed my former last name from my LinkedIn account, I starting pronouncing my name a bit different so it was easy for others to understand and I found myself very aware about my accent, I lost myself thinking that I needed to do certain changes in order to fit and find a better future. I was wrong, so wrong. After this experience I realize that all those things are part of my background and there are not wrong and if these once were an impediment to growth it was never really an issue I needed to fix.I love to work in an environment that recognize my strengths and is committed to Diversity, where this is not a just a trend but just the right way to do things, where we care about our candidates and clients and we are committed to growth a business based in acceptance and tolerance, where diversity is real and I can proudly be myself and show my candidates they can too, that adjust to a new culture doesn\'t mean you need lose yours, that we are here to help you find that great future, that I am here to help you with this new transition.
