Senior Project Integration/Management (PI, PM) – Performance: The current MILCON Project is an over $75M designs build (D-B), which has multiple phases of engineering and telecommunications. Provide; project Integration Management and Oversight support services that includes providing strategic and operational recommendations to keep to keep SOCSOUTH projects on schedule and on budget and within resources constraints of SOCSOUTH CMD. Additional advisory services shall include providing the CMD with in-depth analysis and recommendations for planning, coordinating, reviewing and synchronizing all actions associated with the MILCON to includes coordinating and reviewing with; the Corps of Engineers, community leaders, contractors, HARB, ISEC, NAVAIR and others, during its design and construction, to include transitions from design through construction, on a nominal fast-track schedule to full operational capability (FOC) for the HQ; the proper disposal of the SOCSOUTH old headquarters facility; program advisory services evolution from MILCON design through life cycle program for post MILCON support activities and other business. Additional advisory services include providing recommendations and the ways ahead for all actions associated with over 50 acres of environmental sensitive areas.
