ABOUT NORBERT JANZEN
Early in my career, I discovered a deep interest in human resources. My journey through various roles - including HR Consultant at PWC, Compensation Manager, HR Program Manager, Labor Relations Manager and HR Business Partner - led me to my position as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for IBM in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. During my time at METRO AG, I focused on talent management and HR transformation initiatives. Since 2023, I have been CHRO at FUNKE Mediengruppe and use my extensive experience to bring our department to the next level needed for our Business transformation. My career has spanned multiple industries and I have worked in different business environments, cultures and diverse teams.
