During a series of multi $B general management roles of global scope, I delivered sustainable results built on (1) rapid upgrade of critical business capabilities such as people, processes, and tools (2) effective alignment of key internal and external stakeholders and (3) the creation of highly motivated and loyal operating teams. I have now shifted to applying these skills in non-operational board or advisor roles for companies at critical inflection points.After my decision to leave Cummins and complete a 6 month sabbatical to reenergize, I have taken on advisory assignments with two global private equity companies and joined the board of a US based specialty chemical company.
