As a Support Analyst I am responsible for providing 1st Line support services to approximately end users across a multi-site operation in the UK.Key responsibilities include:1. Answering telephone calls and providing initial triage and resolution to IT related issues raised by callers. Travelling to remote sites to provide onsite support and maintenance as necessary.3. Administration and asset management of all IT related equipment and software used by the business.4. Maintenance of user guides and documentation, including introducing significant improvements to the internal knowledgebase. Creation of new user accounts and all associated access across multiple suites of commercial and bespoke software.
