Highly motivated Industrial Engineer with a focus in Business management. With a 6 year profesional background on the spares & supply chain world I am currently leading a sucessfull improvement project for the whole material management chain for the A400M Retrofit Programme, coordinating severall functions and over 30 stakeholders from the 4 different sites where Retrofit events take place. Together we are driving towards better integration and more effective processes which are already reflecting in significant cost reductions for the programme EAC!
