I am an executive search leader who partners with nonprofit boards and senior leaders on some of their most consequential decisions: who leads, when to change course, and how to build leadership that can endure.I bring over a decade of experience working alongside mission-driven organizations, including education and youth-serving nonprofits, where complexity is constant. I have supported boards and executives navigating leadership transitions, growth, founder succession, and moments of misalignment that require clarity, judgment, and care. I am known for asking the questions others avoid and for helping clients surface and mitigate leadership risk early, before it shows up in culture, performance, or mission drift.Today, as a Principal at Maneva Group, I work with nonprofit organizations that are thinking seriously about leadership at scale. Maneva’s model allows for rigor and efficiency without sacrificing depth. Our search process is designed to uncover not just capability, but judgment, readiness, and risk, so boards can make confident decisions that support long-term impact.Outside of my professional work, I am an ultralight backpacker and avid explorer of the outdoors. I have visited over 30 national parks and have climbed Half Dome and Mount Whitney. Nature is where I recharge, gain perspective, and dream big. Long days on the trail have shaped how I approach leadership and life: with humility, preparation, resilience, and respect for the terrain ahead.I am especially drawn to work that empowers the next generation of leaders, drives sustainable impact across communities, environments, and ecosystems, and gives back in meaningful ways.
