   Operations lead responsible for achieving P&L top and bottom-line targets, driving operational execution balancing costs and service expectations managing the end-to-end supply chain management for the Americas with 2 different \'go to market\' models: Affiliate and Distributors. This includes direct US retailer relationships, travel retail and in market/country multi brand distributors. Plan-Make-Buy-Deliver scope inclusive of Quality, Regulatory, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement of services and/or products, Logistics (W&D), Customer Service. Accountable for starting-up Americas operations for in-house management for beauty and fragrance category, inclusive of operations process systems such as ERP/EDI platforms, Strategic distribution partnership and all end-to-end process such as OTC, Integrated Planning, Trade Compliance and Warehousing and Distribution. Achievements: Employee #3 for the Americas leading an industry marking licensing spin off to bring ‘in house’ fragrance and beauty products, responsible for building team from 0 across supply chain with entrepreneurial mindset and industry experience. The beauty business is a different beast from fashion, requiring hiring expertise in formulation, regulation, product development and distribution. Launched DG Beauty in Jan 2023 with less than 7 months to build people, systems and processes. Began with service levels ~50% improving in record time to plus 98% which building the operational fundamentals. Growing portfolio from a 1 axis company to an expected 3-axis business in 2025.
