I’m a results-driven business leader with deep expertise in the seating and ergonomics industry and a strong track record of driving innovation, strategic growth, and organizational impact. With dual citizenship in Ireland and the U.S, my journey began with founding a startup focused on ergonomic seating solutions—an endeavor that led to acquisition by Via Seating in 2003.A certified Ergonomist (Oxford Research Institute, 2007), I bring a user-centered approach to product development. I collaborate closely with our R&D team to guide new product and collection launches that blend ergonomic science, design innovation, and market relevance.As Chief Commercial Officer at Via Seating, I work closely with the CEO to shape corporate strategy and lead initiatives aimed at accelerating top-line growth. Under my leadership, we’ve achieved over 400% business growth through strategic customer partnerships, market expansion, and operational excellence. I manage a national network of independent representatives, foster key relationships in the architecture and design community, and oversee our largest strategic house accounts.I\'m passionate about empowering women in business and was honored to receive the Founder’s Award from the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Nevada in 2024.
