Significant Achievements - Engaged by a client to develop and present the argument necessary to negotiate a contract incurred cost dispute settlement with DITCO and DCAA. The negotiation saved the client $3.1M- Engaged by a client to establish the program management office (PMO) infrastructure and processes required to support a client’s first large (>150 FTEs) direct labor contract (i.e, the contract doubled the number of employees in the company within 90 days). Provided PMO operations management for the first year of the contract- Engaged by a client to resolve an existing labor category requirement non-conformance (resulting in 100% revenue retention and long-term revenue growth) and to develop and implement processes and controls to help prevent future non-conformance issues- Engaged by a client to provide M&A support services from preparatory stages through execution and a post-transaction complication wherein the client was also selling its business to a foreign (non-US) buyer. o Managed virtual data room and due diligence process. o Supported the buyer and seller’s outside counsel with the regulatory filing process for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). o Supported the development of the ECP and AOP for the Foreign Ownership Control or Influence (FOCI) mitigation plan. o Managed the Proxy Board selection process and nominated of 1of the 3 directors for the Proxy Board of Directors. o Supported the Proxy Board with the FOCI mitigation requirements during the FOCI mitigation plan process.
