About Nora T.

Prior to joining the ABA field, my life was consumed with being a full-time student-athlete. I was very fortunate to have earned a full ride volleyball scholarship to study and play at Arizona State University (Go Sundevils!). My time as a student-athlete has always been my identity since 8 years old, however after graduating with my bachelors degree I knew I needed to embark on another journey as my life had taken a new direction without sports.I did not know anything about ABA until after I graduated from ASU as I was applying to jobs that worked with kids. What initially began as a job to simply test the waters of working with children, ended up being an important spark that ignited a new career path. I quickly realized that I could see myself doing this for years to come and it wasn’t until two years in that I decided to pursue certification to become a BCBA. I’ve worked in the ABA field since 2015 providing services in home & clinic across Texas and Arizona as a former RBT and BCBA. I successfully acquired my BCBA certification in October 2021. I’m a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Arizona & I work in Mesa, Arizona with Action Behavior Centers as a Clinical Director.
