   Contributed to the Minnesota DFL raising over 36 million in 2022.•Developed and executed a comprehensive finance plan for the DFL’s operational budget which funded the work that brought DFL majorities and their progressive policies to Minnesotans. • Grew a strong network of donor relationships through donor meetings, call time, and years of relationship management while also working alongside the DFL Chairman to set-up and follow-up on major individual and institutional asks. •Strengthened organizational skills and stakeholder relationships (with labor partners and issues-based groups) by recruiting for, planning, and executing bi-annual flagship events with attendees per event. • Lead a record setting and multifaceted digital program by managing a team of email consultants, by personally building and executing an in-house texting program, & by intimately tracking a myriad of metrics to make informed decisions about strategic spending and messaging. • Managed a record setting direct mail program (8 pieces per year) that involved targeted creation of universes using multiple data sets and analytical tools, and detail-oriented processing of direct mail donations. •Built and executed a series of 15-100 person fundraisers (6-12 per year) while building political relationships with elected officials and their teams here in Minnesota and across the country.
