Key contributions I make at Homebase include: Subject matter expert in federal affordable housing, community development and homeless assistance policy and practice (HOME-ARP; CDBG; CoC; ESG; YHDP; 2 CFR 200).System Redesign and Change Management: Assists communities in establishing governance structures that meet HUD’s policy and regulatory requirements while meeting local needs, and in using data to inform decision-making.
