ABOUT NORA DANSKEY

I lead operations across engineering, product, design, and research at Webflow. I built the function from scratch and now serve as a strategic partner to the CTO and CPO. My team owns everything from annual planning and headcount to board deck preparation, AI adoption, and how the org makes decisions at scale. Before Webflow I held product and operations roles at Lyft and Meta, and before that I spent five years in the social sector doing monitoring and evaluation work across the US, Venezuela and India. That background in impact measurement shapes how I think about what excellence actually means for an organization.I care about building the kind of infrastructure that makes great teams possible. The stuff that\'s invisible when it\'s good.A lot of my work right now is at the intersection of operations and AI. My team builds internal agents to help us work more efficiently, and we lead AI enablement across the org, running builder days where PMs and designers learn to prototype with AI and getting engineers onto the tools that help them ship faster. AI tools are now a core part of how our engineering team ships. On the side I build my own tools using Claude Code, Vercel, Webflow Cloud, and others. Same systems thinking, just applied to my own life.
