About Nora Boneham
Nora is a Chicago-based Product Leader who has driven the vision and execution of innovative solutions, with experience across both startups and Fortune 500 companies.As Product Director of the Retail and Consumer Experience Group at Foxtrot, Nora oversaw the product strategy, design, delivery, and adoption of internal and consumer technology. She was also a part of the original team at Cohesion, helping to shape the company’s vision. At both organizations, Nora played an integral role in leading and growing teams - establishing best practices, with a focus on fostering a tight-knit culture. Prior to working in Product, Nora gained institutional experience in the debt, investment, and development sectors of the real estate industry at both PGIM Real Estate and Hines. With the intention of building a deep local network that champions diversity and inclusion, she was a founding Executive Board member of ULI Chicago\'s Women’s Leadership Initiative, as well as an alum of the Goldie Initiative. In 2020, Nora was recognized by Crain\'s as a Notable LGBTQ Executive in Chicago.Graduating from Northwestern’s program, Nora earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Design Innovation from the McCormick School of Engineering. She also holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a major in Real Estate.
