Mission Statement Nola RP provides the optimal opportunity for Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) for first time home-buyers, second-time homebuyers, and Real Estate investors to participate in neighborhood development through Purchasing, Renovating, and Renting or Selling of blighted property in New Orleans neighborhoods. We will continue to spark an urban renewal in the medium-lower income neighborhood that encourages residents to invest in their community not only monetarily but socially. That’s why we have partnered with local businesses in the area, neighborhood associations, community action groups, churches, financing partners, and professional athletes to strengthen and unite our efforts to make New Orleans a better place to live. We will be apart of the solution for the city of New Orleans concerning the issues of blight, crime, and social issues. Our efforts are strategic in location as we aim to improve the quality of life for not only the tenant or owners in a specific property but for the neighborhood blocks themselves. So we focus on facilitating the purchasing of multiple properties in the same city block and are committed to not leave any blight behind.
