Experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager / Process Engineer with B.Sc. Degree in chemical engineering and about 17 years of extensive Project Management and Facility/Process Engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industries EPC projects. Extensive experience in managing and delivering the multi-million dollars projects on time and budget in upstream oil and gas facilities, FEED and detailed process design particularly Gas Refinery, Oil Production & separation units and Compressor Station Projects. I have strong knowledge of project management along with conceptual engineering, developing process design basis, equipment sizing, generating heat/mass balance tables, PFDs, P & IDs, relief and blow down (depressurization) calculation, etc.Specialties: Familiar with international engineering standards such as API (520, 521, 510, 2003, etc.), ASME (B31.3, B31.4, etc.), 49 CFR Part 195, NACE and Expert in using process simulation software, HYSYS, PIPEPHASE, Flarenet, PIPESIM, Promax, etc.Skills and experiences- Managing the large upstream projects from conceptual to commissioning and start-up- Experience in Oil, Gas and petrochemical industry and upstream projects- Preparing Process design basis and process sizing criteria- Performing process simulations using HYSYS, PIPESIM, PIPEFLO, PROMAX etc- Preparing Process Flow diagrams (PFD), Material and Energy balance, Block flow diagram and UFD, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (PID)- Perform Process design calculations- Generate Equipment process data sheet- Sizing and specification of major process equipment such as pump, vessel, Tank, etc- Support other disciplines in order to define process data needed for line list and instrument data sheet- Design of utility systems- Preparing and Develop cause and effect diagram and Process Control Philosophy- Interact with other engineering disciplines, review vendor documents and perform technical bidevaluation- Familiar with technical regulations a most important International standards interpretation of standardsin development of process and safety systems- Participation in HAZOP study meetings- Relief system design, including PSV calculation- Be available for short and medium business trips to abroad to attend technical meetings.
