I have 22 years of experience in the design, management, and construction of buildings, and bridges. My experience includes construction management, concept design, preliminary & final design, and design review of buildings, drainages, and utilities. I have worked on a wide range of construction management like contract management, estimating and costing, preparation of cost modification for clients and subcontractors, the process of procurement of construction projects, planning and tracking the progress of work. The range of projects I worked is including the construction of complex compounds for military uses, design, and construction of suspension, pre-stressed concrete, and Reinforced concrete bridges. I have expertise in numerous design and CAD software packages including, Auto CAD, SAP (Structural Analysis Program), and ETABS. I have expertise in the design of water supply networks, sewer network design, design and construction of Lift stations for sewer and stormwater management. I provided hundreds of Cost proposals for different construction projects. I am the author of the Building Estimating Handbook, published in 2016.
