Hands on experience in all Agile framework(Kanban, Scrum and XP) exploring ways to implement SAFe Agile in large organisation • End-to-end project management for the various digital commerce projects such as mobile site development, maintenance and content management the Client across digital commerce sectors.• Schedule and lead project kick-off meeting. Gather requirements from Clients and chart out project scope document.• Responsible for the creation of the digital commerce project plan based on information provided in the scope of work.• Project management and facilitate communication during the development of various digital commerce projects and ensure that the team members are given clear assignments and properly briefed• Own the project workflow process from brief to completion, including development, QA and management of the digital commerce project schedules, managing resources and resource allocations against for project deliverables, communications workflow, raising red flags as issues arise and ensuring adherence to the approval process.• Be the communications hub between all vendors and team members assigned to each project• Develop, maintain and enforce digital commerce project schedules and weekly team status meetings• Work closely with the team to determine and understand daily project status and set priorities• Ensure the project passes the Internal & Client UAT. • Coordinate the project launch and monitor the project during its lifetime. Also, being in top of all maintenance, which comes for the project after its release.
