About Noor Khan

I recently began my journey as a University and Diversity Recruiter for Texas Instruments, where I help build talent acquisition strategy and recruit talent from top universities and diversity conferences around the country. Prior to this role, I was an HR Business Partner at TI supporting employees across Finance around the globe. I partnered with leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams to drive employee development, organizational messaging and effectiveness, and strategic business outcomes.In addition to being people-centered, I am curious and motivated by growth, reflection, and diversity. I’ve previously explored roles as a communications specialist, project manager, and content developer in the DEI consulting world and content writer at a FinTech startup. I graduated from UT Austin, where I hold a degree in International Relations & Global Studies and minors in Global Management, Asian American Studies, and Business Spanish.Both in and outside of work, I’m passionate about education, empowering underrepresented communities, and fostering intercultural competency.
