About Noor Faisal
I am a Structural Engineering Professional with eight years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, designing buildings and structures that are safe and capable of withstanding the elements. I have been working in the construction field since 2012. I worked for two years with an engineering firm in Iraq and recently with SteelFab, a Charlotte, NC-based engineering firm on the construction and design side. From both experiences, I gained excellent skills in reading and interpreting drawings, specification, and other construction documents.My skills include proficiency with AutoCAD in the production of construction documents on structural engineering-related projects, which included designing braced frame, truss, moment, shear, and axial connections. I have also performed site visits, on-site evaluations and provided engineering reports for clients needing field repairs or structural inspections. In addition to my experience, I have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Structural from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Highway & Transportation from Al-Mustansiriyah University in Iraq.
