I\'ve always been curious about what shapes our inner world-our thoughts, emotions, decisions, and relationships.In the past, I\'ve gained experience working in pharmaceutical firm, stem cell research lab and national export promotion organisation. I have worked & lived in UK, Czech Republic and India.Though I come from a background in Biotechnology Sector & Stem Cell Research, my ongoing personal interest lies in understanding the human mind: how we think, why we behave the way we do, and how emotional intelligence & self-awareness can guide us toward better lives.I spend my time exploring ideas from psychology, neuroscience, and behaviour science-not as an expert, but as a committed learner who believes in lifelong growth and reflection.I believe that when we understand ourselves better, we live with more clarity, connection, and compassion.
